When Za’Dariyah got a new toy convertible, she naturally took to the parking lot of her parents’ apartment complex to give her new ride a spin.

As she was speeding along, the “mini-motorist” got stopped by a police officer, Christian Velasco, who issued a $4 “traffic ticket” – when he finally caught up to her, that is.
Most of us have been ticketed in our lives, and maybe even one of the first times we drove. But Za’Dariyah sure is setting a new record for getting ticketed at a young age.
