A Closer Look at Color With Music Books

The Color With Music and Color Your Way to Calm series were created with colorists in mind. Almost all of these books (always double-check the Amazon description to be sure) contain 48 images, printed on just one side of medium weight paper. The pages are attached at the top, making the book easy to use for both right and left handed colorists, and they are attached like a notepad, so it is easy to remove any page you’d like.

The books themselves have a firm cardstock cover which wraps around to include a “protective inlay card,” which you can slip behind the current page you are working on to protect the pages behind. The books are a comfortable travel size of 8 by 8 inches.

Most books in the series include artwork from multiple illustrators, so you will see a variety of styles and difficulty levels represented. There is something here for everybody!

The books in the Color With Music series include a music CD with music that matches the mood of the coloring book. The Color Your Way to Calm series includes a set of dual-ended pencils (each pencil with two colors) and a sharpener instead of the CD. Some books also include other special features, such as coasters.
