Cartoon characters are not drawn to proportion. They just aren’t. That’s what makes them so funny, so charming. Big eyes, oddly-shaped heads, inhuman muscles — any or all of the above make for a totally bizarre looking human being, if you think too much about it, but a totally normal cartoon character.
